Initially loosely based on the Jethro Tull song: 'Aqualung' (Thus the Vagrant character in the film) The film later developed into a bit of an Homage to the classic film, 'Harvey (1950)' as well as the theme of a simple imaginative childlike outlook on life can transform things that are dark and threatening into something weird, wonderful and beautiful.
